The COVID-19 pandemic has presented us all with significant challenges, but Cleveland Doan LLP is doing all that we can to ensure that we are still able to provide our clients with essential legal services while protecting the health of all involved.

In addition to encouraging our staff and lawyers to work from home, we have implemented in-office steps to reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 as recommended by the BC Centre for Disease Control, including frequent hand washing, increased environmental cleaning, maintaining one to two metres of physical or social distancing from others, and meeting with clients remotely whenever possible.

We are working to allow for virtual execution of certain legal documents (in line with the directions from the courts, the BC Law Society, and the Land Titles Office). For documents that cannot be executed remotely, we remain willing and able to accommodate in-person signings at our office.

Notwithstanding the uncertainty of these times, we are committed to helping our clients be proactive and prepared for whatever the future may bring.
